I'm not talking about the drive thru, I'm talking face to face... as an example, I ordered a 1/4 pounder with mustard and lettuce... The woman taking the order rings it up and verbally verifys my order, she says " 1/4 pounder with ketchup and relish, right?"

Now how in the h**l did she get that out of what I asked for?... and this isn't isolated, it's every fricking thing I order..

I speak crisp clear english and do not mumble or throw in some heavy accent or something...

IS IT ME?... or do you experience the same problem?... Also I find people wont take NO for an answer, they try to reword their question or explain their desire for the information you won't give them.

What is up with that.. No means NO....

  1. lol... Sorry to hear that

  2. I agree with  with DKG- maybe you think you are speaking loud and clear and crisp- but you are not. If it is really busy- you may need to speak louder even if you are already not mumbling. Also lettuce and relish sound a lot alike. You cant forgive her for mishearing you? Stop going there or bring a paper with what you want on it written down.

  3. Take a long look at the person behind the counter, picking his nose, scratching his balls and sticking his nasty hands into the french fry bin. Do you think he gives two farts whether he gets your order right or not?

  4. maybe u THINK that u are speaking clear but u might not be.

  5. haha that is really funny, never had that probelm in mcdonalds but chinese resturants seem to have that problem. seems like ya have to repeat yourself.

  6. are you sure your english is crisp and clear? seems weird that this happens to you EVERY TIME you order something. maybe you should just write down what you want and give it to the person taking your order. or, speak better.....

  7. workers these days are idiots lmao
