  1. Many people are afraid to drive  the car down the freeway. I had same fear when I was 18. Some states have lenient driving rules so drivers get the permit and driving license simple. In here, Washington state,  no one can get driving license so easy.

I know some people who had this driving phobia. I`m sure your main phobia is to get into accident because of driving on the freeway. Some of them have always had a fear of driving and can get sick to point where they want to throw up.

Some of us don't have much choice when it comes to driving on the freeway or highway.  when we're trying to get to a far destination, we need to drive on the highway to get to our destinations. without intersection.

You can try to drive during hours when there isn't a lot of traffic. You get to experience the wide open freeway without all the messy commotion rush hour can bring. You won't have to worry about maneuvering through a lot of vehicles. Changing lines are the most horrifying thing to do if you are inexperienced driver. Calm down before you enter the freeway. I am sure you'll get used to it one day and will enjoy driving on the freeway better than other roads. Enjoy buddy....

  2. It took me a while to get comfortable driving on the freeway. The more you do it the easier it will become. I used to go out of my way to avoid driving on the freeway but now I don't mind it at all.

  3. Comfort will come with experience. Work up slowly. Get on and go to the next exit and get off. No lane changing and little to no merging. Then you can flip around and come back one exit and work your way up to more. The longer you wait the harder it will be to address. Perhaps you can get a friend to ride around with you one day. Take turns driving and maybe pick up some tips to make your more comfortable. Just a thought. Happy motoring

  4. Enjoy the thrill.
