  1. OK, so go into your bent-legged split, then push up with your hands and straighten your back leg, you will go up  a few inches, then press back down into a straighter split.

  2. It's natural for back leg to bend I guess, I've friends who have the same problem. It's rather okay, it's just because you can't do a full split yet.

To play safe, go down slowly, and dont do it on slippery grounds with socks. Hold it there, when you're at your furthest, with your palms on the ground to support yourself. Move further only when you feel comfortable, but don't overstretch! you might injure yourself, so take your time to get flexible! don't rush!

Try straightening your back leg by supporting yourself well. Try it often, and you can do a full nice split eventually.

Remember to warm up first or do slow stretches before you start going on splits. And don't overstretch please!

  3. While you're in the splits, lift yourself up onto your hands so that all your weight is in your hands.  Then make sure your hips are square, and straighten out your back leg before very SLOWLY bending your arms and sliding lower into your splits. No matter what you do, keep your back leg muscles tight so your leg stays straight.  It'll take some practice, but you'll get it!

    Good luck!

  4. go so your weight is mostly on your hands and then SLOWLY press down

  5. just try to stop bending it. i had the same problem
