Question:

Everytime I try to take a picture, my Kodak camera turns off?

I've tried everything I could think of, plus all of the suggestions on the Kodak website. My camera is a Kodak C633. It has the same rechargeable battery in it I've been using for about a year now, so I tried charging a brand new battery and it still didn't work. Everytime I turn the camera on, I have to reset the date and time. Then when I proceed to try and take a picture, it turns off if flash is on. If flash is off, the picture is taken. I'm going on a 2 and a half week trip starting Friday, and I really need my camera to work before then..

  1. Sounds like your camera is a "defective" in a sense.  If you still have the warrenty on it you should be able to get it replaced right away.  If not, you might as well get a new camera because the getting is repaired will cost you way more than a new one.

You could try to take it to a camera repair shop and get a quote on what it will cost to fix it, but they might not be able to give you a very accurate one if one at all because it will take some time for them to figure out just what the problem is.

It might just be a good idea to borrow a friends camera, becuase whatever you choose to do it'll take more than 2 days to get the camera back or replaced.

you can get much information in this website, If you will check anyone blue link in website.

  3. Try brand new bateries... not your recharge.

If your camera doesn't work with brand new batteries, than it is a camera fault not a battery.

Maybe you have a fualty memory card????
