I cant take full deep breaths, like yawning fully or sneezing because everytime i do i feel this pain in my back--a little under the shoulder blade, in between ribs.

But its been kind of worse lately and not getting better.

Do i need to go to the doctor to get an xray or something?

what do you think this could be?

i dont remember lifting anything heavy, so i am not sure what caused it. Any ideas?

  1. that happened to me a while ago, except it happened in my chest. I think it might be just a pinched nerve, or maybe you need to stretch. If it happens when you breath, cough, ect. it may something with your lungs , like mild athsma. If it keeps happening ask your doctor.
