  1. Try downloading one from http://www.pspube.com and see where it tries to go. It should go to the :/VIDEO folder. Also, it has to be in a supported MP4 format.

  2. If the version of your psp is higher the 3.0, you just need a specialized psp converter to convert the Video files then copy the converted files to your Video folder of you memory stick, and they can be played.

If not, you need to manual built a folder in the memory stick and rename it as MP_ROOT, then built two sub-folders in it which renamed as 100ANV01 and 101 MNV01 respectively and put the converted MP4 files in to the MNV folder.

You can free download this converter to have a try.

Supported popular Video formats include AVI, MPEG, WMV, XviD, H.264, DAT, MOV, ASF, FLV to PSP MP4 video MPEG-4 (H.264/AVC in 480p, 720p, 1080i) and rip video audio to PSP music MP3, WMA.

And also allows you to set many video editing functions: video crop, movie trimming, and video effect adjustment.

  3. 26. There is a guide for your PSP, it works well. This guide contains two parts:

Part1. How to rip DVD and convert MOV/AVI/WMV/ASF/Divx/Xvid/MPEG/RM to PSP video format.

Part2. How to upload/transfer PSP files to your PlayStation Portable (PSP).
