Eviction notices for squatter's in CA?

We just bought property and there are squatter's on it. They have said that they would find another place but are still there after two weeks. Is there a quick eviction notice with out going through the court system?

You don't have to evict a squatter - someone living in abandoned property.

You mean they were tenants from the prior owner?  If they were not and they truly are squatters call the police and have them arrested for criminal trespass.
