My daughter and her boyfriend were evicted from their apartment because of their landlord retaliating against them for them having a shared meter for electricity. They agreed to settle it in mediation. Theyr'e supposed to be out tmorrow at noon. But they have no where to go. Could they stay and just have the landlord take them back to court again?

  1. If they have already reached an agreement, and do not leave, the landlord can call the Sheriff's and have them forcibly removed. Their belongings will be placed in storage, and they will not get them back until they pay the fees.
