i think an evil hero deck is (or should be) either the elemental hero fusions for it ... or the fiend fusions for it ... if using the elemental hero ones then i would suggest you just use a elemental hero fusion deck with a couple dark calling/fusion in

if using the fiend fusions (malicious fiend and dark gaia) using 3x malicious edge

2/3x caius

2/3x gigantes

2x foolish burial

2x elemental hero prisma

1x dark fusion

3x dark calling
