Evil Stalker Posessed Street Sweeper?

Question

Ok, so there is this guy that drives a street sweeper on my street and during the winter he sprayed our BRAND NEW Car with sinders, (while we were outside) So we flipped him off and then he put the truck street sweeper in reverse and started writing down like our licence plate numbers and address and stuff, so we called and complained and we went to meet with the head of street sweeper people lol and the guy that sprayed our car with sinders. And then like a week later he was in the Snow plow and he moved all the snow RIGHT INTO our garbage can and he made the garbage can hit our Brand New Car, so we called the police and filed a report. And now the guy (in the street sweeper) seemed like nothing happened. So now when ever he street sweeps (he is now in a street sweeper because it is summer) our street, when he goes by our house he Glares at our house and we all try to get pictures of him glaring at our house but we never really get any good ones. It is really creapy lol.

don't worry about it if he is just glaring at your house.  He probably got in trouble at work and is still made, but i doubt he will do anything to your house

I think it's a lot of drama.

When he damaged your car, I think you handled it correctly by having a meeting... not by flipping him off.  But now you are trying to get pics of him "glaring"???  lol.   That's ridiculous.  

He's probably glaring because you guys are out taking pics every time he drives by.  Sounds like you are just trying to keep a problem going to me.

obviously his boss doesnt care cuz he hasnt gotten in trouble. and what does it matter if he stares at u? ur trying to take of picture of his "glares".... he has his freedom too u know.

As I see it, there are a couple of ways you could tackle this problem.

He may be bored and lonely.  You could meet him out beside the street one day with a plate full of freshly baked cookies.  Introduce yourself.  Then, wave at him and say hello every day that you see him pass by your house.     He may be just trying to get attention, and you are giving him the bad attention by flipping him off and taking pictures inside.
