  1. It's called cruel and unusual punishment. Look under the death laws.

  2. Unfortunately there is no law against what she is doing due to the fact that it doesn't fall under the definition of corporal punishment, so it looks like your stuck with her. Try your best to watch what you say and give her respect, you never know just because she is hard nosed doesn't mean that she doesn't care about  her students.  Back in High School I had an English Teacher that I absolutely hated because he was very strict and expected college grade work from freshman but he helped shape me into the person I am now and gave me the backbone I need to face the possible rejection of trying to get a book published because they can't be harsher than he was. You'll be fine.

  3. She could just be brain ******** you into believing she will do that so that you guys watch what you say closely.Until she really does that to a class mate you have nothing against her.Remember freedom of speech !

  4. Yes, it is legal.....and use spell check in ms word for future reference. There is also a spell checker on this site :)

  5. its against the law to do that to kids or call them names

  6. I really don't think that your teacher could get away with something like that. She doesn't have the authority to punish students in that way. At least not in todays world. Do you live in the U.S.? Maybe things work differently in other countries but in my experience in the U.S. all you would have to do is get your parent or guardian to complain to the principal. What would be even better is to get video proof of her threats and punishing students. You could use video capabilities on a cell phone. Just an idea. Then if you went to a higher authority she could not deny it. She sounds like a witch. Threatening students does not instill learning.

  7. I don't know but I have an evil french teacher from scotland who yells a lot.I guess you have to stop saying those words.
