  1. Any saltwater damage automatic

                            "TRASH"

    bummers sorry

  2. It's most likely trashed, but no way of knowing for sure without checking it out. Just disclose that it was sunk and sell it as is. Of course it's not going to bring as much, but a buyer will really appreciate the honesty.

  3. motor is dead.

  4. Was it salt water ? Or was it fresh? If it was fresh you might save it, but for all the work you would have to do it might not be worth the effort. Just for your info. I pulled a motor up from a lake. It had been under water for a year. I worked on it for about a mo. and it started the first pull and its still going.

  5. Time to contact your insurance company.

  6. is the motor still underwater? if it is still in the water and has not been exposed to air, it may have not rusted yet. it is important to act quickly to save the motor. as soon as it comes out of the water it should be drained and started to prevent rusting.
