how do you believe life began?

how do you think every single thing turned into another?

also, how did males and females become two things??

it amazes me how males and females are the same species, but yet... are different...

Do you know how many different species of multi-cell organism live with us in our body? We are not alone. We are made of different species. There is too much to even begin.

Life began with some sort of self replicating chemicals that eventual evolved into the equivalent of the most primitive life on Earth today.

They evolved into different species as organisms were separated into different populations that experienced different selection pressures.

s*x developed in early eukaryotes (animals with multiple chromosomes) as a mechanism to much more efficiently exchange genetic data between chromosomes.  That allowed beneficial mutations to be added from the entire population rather than requiring that every mutation occur on a single chromosome.  The chromosomes exchange DNA in a process called crossing over.  It greatly increases the evolutionary efficiency.

They share most of the benefits by exchanging genes but maintain the differences.  It is amazing and interesting with all the different strategies of male-female interaction.
