  2. http://www.carpages.co.uk/co2/

that should tell u what u need to know...

  3. Take it to an MOT station and get them to use the CO2 analiser on it.

The results of the last test it had when it had its last MOT should be in the paperwork.

  4. You probably can't, and nor should you need to.

The 205 1.6 GTi was last produced around 1989.

CO2 emissions measurement was introduced into the EC fuel consumption test cycle for new cars about 1996, so the 205 1.6 GTi was never subjected to the test.

In the UK, CO2-based taxation only applies to cars first registered on or after 1st March 2001, so it does not apply to

    any 205 1.6 GTi.

If you really want to know, and have a well-maintained example, you could always pay a research company (e.g. Ricardo, Mahle, Millbrook, perhaps a university) to test your car according to the current EC fuel consumption test cycle, but the cost would probably be many thousands of pounds.

  5. DVLA website

  6. I think its around 130 g/km, i could be wrong but those cars are quite good on CO2 emission, it depends on your driving style, if you are in high revs you will put out a lot more than if you are in the higher gears in low revs.
