my mom and i have cracked heels (our feet)

do you know how to make them smooth again???

Try using gold bond foot cream, and flip flops will mak eyour feet dry and cracked. Try to wear socks around the house and soak them in hot water and scrub them..

give yourself a pedicure to get rid of all the dry skin, then, when feet are still damp, slather on a deep moisture lotion and put some socks on. the warmth will allow the moisture lotion to sink in better. i like aveda foot cream.

Yes, I have the answer.  This mom has smooth heals because I use a FINE grit sandpaper on them.  Works like a charm.  Ask your dad if he will get you some or go to HomeDepot.

I have a Pedegg. The one they advertise on tv.Use it regularly.  I love it.  Don't use hot water toi shower and bathe in. It will dry your feet quick.  Lotion, lotion lotion.

soak your feet and then use gold bond foot cream. my mom has cracked heels too and thats what she does. and also, dont wear flipflops too much, they dry out your feet really fast. and you can also wear socks in the house, that prevents your feet from drying out.

I am little miss barefoot and had that problem but I finally went in and had a real pedicure.. that is the place to start, watch what they do and then you can continue your heel and foo care at home. I have a pumice stone I use in the shower either after I wash my feet or with the soap depending on how bad they are. Then I have jergens skin smoothing lotion, it works great! At wal mart there is a brand of foot care called miss pedicure or something.. sorry cant remember the name, but there is a foot scrub and and a lotion that worked great for me, do it before bed and wear socks to bed, they even have actual moisture retaining socks in the same aisle as the foot care products.
