Ewww I think my apt has bed bugs!!!?

Ok so i keep my apt. very clean and it is a very well maintained apt. complex.. I am constantly cleaning and keep the place very clean. IHave had no problems until today i was making my bed and saw a very small little bug.. I then looked up bedbugs online and it looked just like that..Do you think it could be bed bugs? how do i get rid of them. I know tonight when i go to bed thats all i will think about and I won't even sleep haha.. any suggestions?

if you have bites on your ankels, yes it could be.

Yea its bed bugs call the exterminator and get a new mattress.
