  1. since it's not been a prior problem I have to wonder if you've changed anything recently that has contact to the affected areas, ex. soap (laundry detergent, or body wash) fabrics like polyester, have you been sweating more than before... any changes at all

the quickest and cheapest remedy is to bring out the melanine in your skin by tanning, this will dry out acne

isopropyl alcohol removes dirt and oils that get into your pores causing acne

hot water opens your pores, so after washing and rinsing in the shower turn the water down to as cold as you can stand it and allow your pores to close before exiting the shower, thus preventing foreign objects finding their way into your skin and causing acne

  2. Just use any acne product until you find one that works for you.  Do not squeeze them.  Look up acne online at places like www.webmd.com.

  3. tanning helps believe it or not

  4. Yep wrong category.

You need to get a friend to help you with this, get rid of the zits as normal and check for the pattern.  Normally if they are on your back they are caused by one of three things.  Stress, sweat trapped by clothing, hair products from your head that go down your back and clog your pores.

It's also important to note that a normal person cannot do a real good job of scrubbing their own back in the shower or bath, focus on that more.

    Good Luck
