i just broke up with my boyfriend and he is now stalking me. he saw me talking to one of my best guy friends and today when i got to school this morning my friend had a black eye and a sprained wrist :( what should i do about him

im assuming it was him because now my friend wont talk to me i sent him a text,and when he replied back it said "because of josh"

nick is my ex boyfriend if you haven't already guessed. what should i do?
