Ex has put pics of me on his bebo page and I want them OFF, how do I go about doing this?

They are just normal pics but very very unflattering, i'm sure he's done this on purpose. Isn't it illegal to post pics of someone without their consent?

Don't usually need a release unless they are used for profit or actual publication. COntact the webmaster and advise the pics are there without permission. They will pull them; or not.

Tell him and in writing, to cease and decease or you are going to sue him!!

not illegal unless they are pictures you own the copyright to...

if he is not the copyright holder, the holder could make a dmca request, see chillingeffects.org to see step by step intructions on how to do that.

but otherwise, try asking him nicely.

yes it is you have asked him to remove them then if he doesn't call the police its an invasion of your privacy!!!!
