Ex moved in with us. Survey?

Question

How many people thinks its perfectly normal to let someone in a relationships ex move in with them?

Just wondering. They aren't romantically involved anymore and there are kids involved Both of these people think that there is nothing odd or uncomfortable about it.

Would you allow your BF or GF's ex to move in with you?

If your relationship is a good one, I can completely understand why you'd want to live together.  Just because you couldn't make it as a couple doesn't mean you can't have a good relationship.  Sure, the situation is unusual, but with communication and hard work, it could turn out to be a good thing.  Of course, when the couple starts having relationships separate of each other, it could get very complicated.  But that doesn't mean it can't work.

I personally would not want to live with an ex of mine.  I've never done well with roommates.  And I've never lived with a boyfriend.  I think because of my general independence, I would prefer to live alone.  If I was on good terms with my ex though, I'd still keep him in my life.  I just wouldn't want to live with him.  I'm the kind of person who needs some space.
