Ex-wife wants s*x with me and i denied,how to do it pleasantly when we meet

i am meeting my ex wife tomorrow who divorced me 2 years ago,been seeing each other 3 or 4 times a year for a court hearing regarding her lawsuit against a former work supervisor for sexual harassment and acts of lasciviousness . But now, she asked me if we could "do it"(s*x) after meeting in the court.She is really lovely and s**y but technically, we are divorced and although i have no woman yet, she already have a relationship with a 10 year old younger man than her.It is zinah to indulged sexual pleasure with her and i have no plans yet to marry her again after being dumped and hurt by her before.She said she is willing to do whatever i wished she should do.So confusing to hurt women's feelings.But there are laws in islam that should be hold on to.We have no children when we were together for 13 years.I am paying her expenditures whenever there are court hearings and now is deep in debt.

My brother in Islam, please do not give in to this temptation.  What is more valuable to you, your worldly pleasure or Allah's pleasure in seeing you do what is right?

When you meet with her make sure that you are in a public place where there are lots of people around and schedule your day so that it is not a possibility for you to commit this sin, so that you only have just enough time to discuss what you need to, and then leave as soon as you finish doing that.  

Most of all, ask Allah (swt) to guide you and seek refuge with Him.

I can't even beleive you're asking this.  Seems like you've already made up your mind and are looking for an excuse.

Not only sexual intercourse, but also things that lead to it are forbidden.

let me give you advise from the legal point of view.

1stly, you are a fool because you volunteer to pay the court hearings

2ndly, even if both parties agree to have consensual s*x, your ex wife may use that event to threaten you.

3rdly, you sound to be an honest and good guy, so please, don't ruin your reputation.

4thly, if you think both still want each other, then marry her back

If you are divorced AND you don't have any children together then there's no reason for you to be communicating with her.

As for telling her in a nice way, well there is no nice way! Just tell her straight up that it's haraam!

This is not a time to look after someones feelings.

And pray to Allah for a nice wife who will respect and love you. It's not the end of the world and there's plenty more fish in the sea!

In Islam, sexual intercourse between two people who are not bonded by marriage is forbidden. So yes, it is regarded as zina should you agree to what she desires.
