Exactly, where can you find leopard geckos in the wild today? What did they originate from? How old are the species?

They originated from Southern Asia, Pakistan to Northwest India and live in the rocky, dry grassland and desert regions of these countries.

Considering there were gecko like reptiles millions of years of ago (in dinosaur ages) they could have been here for a VERY long time.
