  1. A BFA in musical theatre.

    You'll find that a lot of people on Broadway don't have theatre degrees though. Ali Ewoldt, who played Cosette in the recent revival of Les Mis, graduated from Yale with a degree in psychology. Honestly, any degree will work as long as you're good enough. For Legally Blonde, you might even get to be on MTV!
