What kind of graphical calculator is allowed? A programmable or a non-programmable one? What makes the graphical calculator better than the scientific one?

  1. Scientific calculators only give you simple 1 variable, whereas graphing and 2-function (3-function etc.) allow you to graph solve double variable equations and allow you to write and execute programs. The SAT collegeboard accepts all TI calculator models. my best bet is to get a TI-84 plus or TI-83 plus either one helps

  2. As long as it meets collegeboard's requirements, it should be fine.
