Long-term...how about energy ( XLE) as a base with alternative energy ( GEX) for diversity... then MOO or DBA to touch on agriculture..that shouldn't be " going out of style "as long as people need to eat. XLB for the basic building materials that the growing nations need...

...and XBI...for diverse biotech companies working on the pharm and health needs of growing and aging populations.

...and just a little XLF...'cause sooner or later all those banks will be back to business as usual...( hopefully doing better business if they have learned anything !! )
