  1. HUH!   Are you the teacher or the parent or god-forbid the administrator?   Observe the child.  Give the parents a written report on the child's progress.  PLEASE be grammatically correct - I think that you are supposed to be an educator.  

    Please realize that the most important aspect of this age is the ability to observe what is around them and respond to it.


  2. The subject is chlld development and the objective is to observe the child and compare your observation to the norm.

  3. You can only get that by actually doing it. Find a nursery who will let you observe and then write down exaclty what the baby is doing, and then analyse it. You will need to look at a Child Development book like Helen Bee's to see what the norms of development are for that age group.
