  1. Examples of racial discrimination and career status descrimination are totally different.  A hiring manager not interviewing a job applicant because od his/her race is racial descrimination.  If the hiring manager tells a job applicant that he/she doesn't want to interview him/her, because he/she is african american and not white; that's descrimination.  

    A hiring manager telling a job applicant that he/she is not wanted to be called in for an interview, because he/she doesn't have enough job experience; is an example of career status discrimination.  I have personal experience in this, and I've seen this happen in applying for jobs at Petsmart stores and in supermarkets.


  2. Not hiring somebody because of how they look/talk/or handle some situations. All people have a chance to go for whatever job they want.

  3. Paying attention to a white man, black man more according to race.

    Telling a bum on the street that they're not as good as you

    etc?
