Examples of tv commercials that make people feel bad about themselves?

i have a class project where i have to get an example of a tv commercial that has a 'bad message' (like super-thin models advertising for a product, and it makes normal people feel bad because those models are super pretty with all of that make up on and their super skinny and it makes normal people feel bad because a lot of people are'nt that skinny, so i really need some examples of commercials that make 'normal' people feel bad- asap!! any information will help me!! thanx!!

actually, when you first said that I was thinking of something else, that takes a slightly different take on what you suggest, but still very relevant.

There's a LOT of adverts these days going on and on about going "green", people are bombarded with hybrid cars, re-usable cloth bags to replace plastic bags, green cleaning products, etc  We are made to feel guilty about leading what was considered to be a totally normal lifestyle just 2-3 years ago.  If we don't go green we are made to feel guilty, selfish and greedy.  

In terms of the skinny adverts - theres plenty of weight loss adverts for diet pills, diet systems, healthy foods (nuitrisystem, weight watchers, lean cuisine).  Saturday morning TV is FULL of infomercials for these sorts of things!  Then of course there are perfume adverts, makeup adverts, etc which are made to make us want to be the women in the advert, and then men are made to feel like the women in the adverts are the epithomy of what a woman should be.

Theirs a commercial used for the Dove campaign, for some reason yahoo is not allowing me to give u the exact web address so under the YouTube search type in "dove real beauty" and you'll see a commercial with a woman's face in the beginning. Hope this helps, good luck!

My mother passed away from Alzheimer's. When they have a commercial about drugs to help those afflicted, it brings up bad memories. Plus, I suffer from depression and some of those commercials make me think of my condition.
