Exceeded friends limit?

It says i've exceeded my friends limit. I cannot find the outstanding invitations button and have e-mailed beta feedback, but gotton no useful information back. i also have all my friends in groups. help!!!!!

The friends limit is 300. If you have exceeded that, then you would have to delete some friends in order to add more.

If not, then this is a common message that comes up when your mailbox is full.

- Go to your "Mailbox" page.

- You will see your messages listed there. Next to each message is a box. Click on it to select the box. Above the green word "Messages" in that same section, there is a "Delete" button. Click it and it will delete the messages that you've selected. There are also a "First | < Prev | Next > | Last" links to the upper right of the section to advance to other pages if you have many messages.

- Click on outstanding invitations (left side of page...your limit is 100) and delete them. If you have not sent an invitation to anyone that they've haven't responded to, then you will not see this link. Delete expired invitations (view the invitations and then delete them on that next screen).

- Check your "Sent" folder and delete old messages.

FYI: Y!360 is transitioning into a different social networking platform in early 2008. There has not been a more specific date announced on the blog yet, so it could happen any time between January and end of March 2008. Yahoo is trying to centralize its profiling services - Y!Mash, Y!360, and the regular Members profile - into one. It likely will not be called 360 anymore, so yes, it's closing in a sense. However, they are no longer fixing bugs related to Y!360, so there's no point in trying to contact them about those.

If you have less friends then they are saying, then on your mailbox page, click on the word ''send ''

Then delete all your old invitation if any, and delete all your out going messages.

Yahoo is going through the transition getting the new social network and this is causing some major bugs.

So you need to clean your mailbox out yourself.Then this should help with inviting more friends
