How do i put two lines of words in a single cell in an Excel spreadsheet?

  1. Go to Format > Cells > Alignment tab > then check the box Wrap Text.  You can also adjust the sizes of the rows / columns by putting your cursor between them (at the very top between the letters or the very left between the numbers) and use the slider, just click and drag when you get the slider icon.


  2. Right click in the cell, select 'Format cells', then select the 'Alignment' tab, and check 'word wrap'.


  3. i think that u need to Marge the cell the you will be able to enter data in in two cells  

  4. pressing enter and the end of the first line will, i believe, make the box larger and will allow you to write a second line underneath.
