Excellence Playa Mujeres ?

Has anyone been to the Excellence Playa Mujeres resort ? If so what did you think of it, and I'm very skeptical of them be all-inclusive. Their web site says that all meals are included in your stay, but at check was your bill really high from room service and mini-bar ?
