  1. I have eczema also. The product I use is Fougera Flucinolone Acetone Ointment. It helps. But you have to have a prescription. You should get a dermatologist first because they will know which product is good for you. Another thing about eczema is that in the summer it gets worst.

  2. i have excema too

i'v found it's bought on by stress.

and hot water drys it out

so i normally moisturise as much as possible after showers and b4 bed

also, when its bad i put cream on and a stretch bandage before i go to sleep n that normally helps

so stay calm and moisturise :)

  3. Amelia, hello:

For me the herbal cream/spray combo by Champori works better than anything else: it is fast and the effects are long-lasting.

You may want to check their website for tips how to prevent eczema breakouts as well.

    Best,

  4. hey i have had eczema since birth. It is usually brought on by stress, weather (hot and cold), diet (a lot of times certain foods can bring eczema out, most commonly dairy), hormones (mostly when in puberty) or when menstruating.

so best advice, don't get stressed (if thats humanly possible), see if maybe your diet is affecting it, moisturize and protect your skin from sun and heat and to much cold!

some tricks i have found is vaseline, it is soft and gentle but moisturizes the skin.  also olive oil, it sounds gross but it works, add a drop to a bath. it will moisturize the skin also.  also i see a naturologist, mineral salt helps.!    i have so many other remedies but i suggest vaseline at night before you go to bed.

    good luck

  5. Do you mean "Eczema"?

Dermatitis is superficial inflammation of the skin characterized by redness, edema, oozing, crusting, scaling, and sometimes vesicles. Pruritus is common. Eczema is a term often used interchangeably with dermatitis.

Food allergy is an exaggerated immune response to dietary proteins and it is related to atopic dermatitis (Eczema)
