  1. Hey, I answered your previous question about loosing weight for ANTM. Well here is some info on your broken knee cap and a little about what you can do.

A broken Knee Cap is also called a patella fracture. It can be caused by not stretching or "Warming Up" Before an exercise. Make sure you do that.

First you need to visit the doctor if you havent and make an 100 precent it is a Broken knee cap. Then, for exercising wear a brace.

Before you contact the doctor you can do simple workouts such as lifting weights, situps, and Eating right.

This is my saying for loosing weight. "You want more going out than coming in"

That basically means to loose weight you MUST burn more calories than the calories you eat in your food for the day.

Before you get that kneecap fixed, try focusing on arm workouts or abdomen workouts. (There are some great DVD's you can buy, such as Denise Austin workouts. THose are great :D)

This is a website I found off google that looks halfway descent that might give you some tips on modeling. (On your previous ? You asked about modeling! :P)

Once you get that knee cap fixed RUNNING really gets you in shape. Get in your car and drive 1 mile, see how far it is, then every day run there and back to your house. Then, when it gets easy, run 4 miles. Make sure you do this atleast every other day.

KEEP IN MIND THAT IF YOU ARE TO HARD ON YOURSELF WITH THE BROKEN KNEE CAP, IT WILL JUST GET WORSE So make sure it is fixed before you get too intense.

    Good luck!

  2. first off you should see a professional for that...

you can do leg lifts with your non-injured knee, crunches, dumbbell lifts...
