  1. do sit ups and idk what this is called but lay down and lift your head and move your legs up and down but dont let your head or your legs touch the ground. it gives pressure on you stomach which will help lose weight. if you keep doing this you can do more and more everyday.


  2. ok this is quite simple but if you lay on your back and life both your legs about 1 foot off the ground and hold for a while also wile doing that try lifting your shoulder blades off the ground.

    But what I do is - I lay on my back as if ready to do sit ups but instead I turn to the side and touch my right elbow to my left knee (which is being brought close to my chest while the right leg is being extended) then I switch and keep doing that. You can feel it after a while and after a two weeks I lost like two sizes...I know not too much...

    Oh, and you have to double it! Like one for the left side + one for the right = one actual crunch.
