im a boy, im 16 and i used to be pretty chubby. ive dropped all of the weight but i want to tone up my loose skin. what are some excerizes and foods to eat that will help me flatten my chest and stomach, and also some things to avoid. thanks.

    doing cardio burns calories without bulking up.

    and eat proteins before and after working out

    milk meat peanuts wtvr

    avoid carbs
