I've been going to the gym for two months now and last week started running and I enjoy it sooooo much!! much more than the gym... it feels soo great. I ve gone 6 days in a row and considering going today (sunday) aswell, thats the only thing that is in my mind, i dont know if am becoming adicted to running... last night (saturday) i rejected my friends invitation to go out clubbing as usual (which is very rare in me)... if people can drink and smoke everyday... is it ok if i go jogging everyday aswell? i dont do too much, i do only 2 km per day as I am a beginner. i complete my 2 k just after 30 min of powerwalking. My plan is to increase 1/2 km every week in order to build up my condition.
