  1. LOL, no its not! i like to exercise also. ; ]

EDIT: haha, i know how you feel. ...wenever they order a pizza i pass and eat yogurt instead. yummy!

  2. Hun it's not excesive at all since if u think about it if ur working let's say in a factory somewere doing alot of lifting and stuff that's exersice. Now if u did it 10 times a day and rested for like 10 mins then it would be over doing it. So u have nothing to worry about as long as u keep urself well hydrated and rested u'll be fine. Alot of ppl exercise for at least a hr everyday.

  3. no thats actually a good amount of time each day!! i dont know why your family thinks that, but i think its good. =)

  4. One hour a day is good, but seven days a week may be too much. Get a couple of days free, and remember to have a good, healthy, balanced diet. Get plenty of sleep and don't let your excersize interfere with other aspects of your life (school, family, etc...). And don't overexert yourself during exercises. Know your limits.

  5. no. watch when ur healthy and they end up with type

    2 diabetes.

  6. Nope! I love exercising too!  Not crazy at all, as long as your eating right to maintain your energy levels so you don't pass out.  Its all good in the neighborhood!

  7. No, we need at least half an hour exercise a day, just to maintain fitness.

  8. no

thats acctually what most people suggest...acctually you should take one day off

  9. Take a day off.  AND that day you take off is the day when you actually lose weight or gain muscle (depending what you are doing).

EDUCATE YOURESLF FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! eat good meals.
