Excessive internet shipping charges?

Is there any laws about what a company can charge for shipping costs? I was going to order some card racks that cost less than $50, and they want to charge me $70 shipping!!!!!

  1. unfortunately not - its whatever the market will bear. many companies advertise low prices then make up the difference in bogus shipping and handling charges
