Exchange Programmes to France?

Im currently in the middle of year 9 and in year for year 11 i would like to spend it in france for the whole year, What is the best way for me to do this? through School or over the internet? and also what are the basic requierments and what will i need to know? I am curently learning french and by time year 11 i will have done 2 years.

  1. If you can get information and go abroad through school, that would deffinitly be the first thing you should look into. My school doesn't have a special program though, so I found AFS online (afs.com) and have just sent in my completed application. I'm also hoping to go to France for a semester of school my 11th grade year, which will be next year for me. I think you'd do fine with two years of French. You'd be able to communicate and you'd pick up on other words very quickly.
