Exchange a new XBOX360 in best buy?

Hi people

i bought this xbox360 last august with 2yrs best buy warranty

Now i have this 3 red ring things happened

i have already lost my receipt but i bought the console using my best buy credit card

am i able to ask for an exchange in best buy with no receipt??

i would think they would have to..but they may not give you a warranty on it...but!!!if it kps messing up just keep exchanging it...

Hi, well I would think that you could call them at least and ask how they go about using the warranty etc to replace it for you. I would call before going up there and talk to a manager or someone that knows what they are talking about not just a regular employee and I would get there name and then take it from there. I would think that since you got the warranty through them that they would have to replace it, although they might tell you that you would have to send it off to get it exchanged. Don't know, good luck with it.
