Exchange student programs?

Question

I'm fourteen-years-old and I was wondering about foreign exchange programs. I also live in Canada. If I ever do go on an exchange program I'd want it to be for a whole school year, half a year at the very least, and I'd want to go to Japan. If anyone knows of any programs like this one http://www.ef.com/master/hsy/ please tell me. Thanks in advance for any serious answers.
