Exchanging my sidekick?

I replaced my slide and it's still not working. I want a new phone altogether, how much credit will I have towards the newest sidekick?

um well i think it depends on what amount you paid for your phone with a contract, if you paid the 200 or 150 then you could get the new sidekick i think
