Excluding the US, Canada, Mexico... Where/when/how/who has helped with ecofriendly/global warming etc???

  1. Many places in South America - they still appreciate their beautiful countries and don't want to see them destroyed. Chile has "ecocamps" set up in the Torres del Paine to discourage people from staying at hotels where water and electricity are wasted at a grotesquely high rate.

  3. You can check Newsweek (May 5, 2008). The cover is about "Turning Green: how growing fear of global warming is pushing leaders to act, or at least say they will, even America". It covers countries like Iceland, Australia, Denmark, China, Cost Rica, Germany, New Zealand, South Korea, Sweden, and UK.

    I think the most interesting of the coverage is the one about Iceland.
