Excruciating pain in knee

ok for about a month now my knee has been having this pain that occurs only when i fully crouch down or if i jump from a height and land on them. i was wakeboarding this weekend and i tried doing a couple flips but everytime i would land on that knee there would be a excruciating pain inside my right knee. this knee has had bercidus before a couple years ago but i havent had problems with it up until now. ive normally had the occasional knee pain that i could tolerate all the way up until now. ive been wearing a knee brace for awhile but no matter what i do i still get that pain every now and then. can someone help me? i am going to the doctor for a x ray, i just want to know if anyone else has this. this isnt just a normal ache it makes my knees both buckle and fall in pain.

  1. Could very well be an ACL Strain/tear. You can walk on them but can't pivot and twist. Also could be torn carticalge floating around and cetting caught in there, You can't tell for sure with a knee until an Dr's exam/imaging. Good luck.
