  1. I got this one after stupidly opening an email with subject "CNN Alert". AVG kept popping up and I kept chosing to put it in the vault. 30 secs later and its back again!  Eventually I had 20 odd copies in the vault.

I "think" I have eventually got rid of it by booting in safe mode and then doing a full scan.  Unfortunately it has left me with a number of oddities:

    1) If I do Tools | Internet Options in IE I get a message saying "Operation Cancelled due to restrictions ...."

    2) I can no longer get sound from the Flash Player from BBC, YouTube etc.

    3) The Print option in Internet Explorer doesn't work anymore.  No errors, but nothing printed.

I have tried various registry checks etc and uninstalling/re-installing IE7, to no avail and am currently concidering a complete wipe and re-installing XP.  Bit drastic as I will have to spend days re-installing stuff, so if anyone has any fresh ideas they would be very welcome.
