Yes, that should be close enough to put you in the running for the position.

Suggestion:  

On your resume, list your degree as if you have already earned it, then after you list it, put in parentheses, (projected graduation Dec 2008, or June 2009 or whatever).

Ex:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor of Science in Business, University of I got it, (projected graduation Dec 2008).

This way, the keyword scanner that Target most likely uses to 'grab' resume's that meet their criteria for each job, will toss out your resume as meeting the minimum requirements for the job.
