Executor . . .?

I am looking for the right word.

I heard in the news that there are lots of Trust Babies living in Miami. They have no parents. They live it off of the family trust fund. When they go out of control, "somebody" cuts their allowance to keep them in line.

Do you know who is this somebody is? Is he called the executor, the trust manager, local guardian, bank manager or what ?

The trustee of the trust.   It can be a family friend, a banker, or an attorney.  It's usually NOT the guardian.
