Hey i'm 13 years old, i want to lose 25-30 pounds.. (Slowly so that i dont put all the weight back on) So how many hours should i work out on my exercise bike everyday to lose 30 pounds before Christmas?

  1. Start with 30 minutes. You really need to get your heart pumping. You should be out of breath after about 5-10 minutes.You should do this 3-5 times a week. Start with 3 and work your way up. And add 5 minutes to your workout every week. You should loose your weight by Christmas, good luck.
