About me: I'm around 5'8", 155-160 lbs. I don't exactly look fat, because I used to do a lot of sit-ups and i guess it's easier for me to hold them in. So I look skinny wearing tight-ish shirts, but not great without a shirt on. I have a little stomach fat around the lower part of my belly, and slight lovehandles T_T. I used to wrestly and could do nearly 200 or more push-ups no problem. I've quit for four years and am trying to get back into shape. I can only do like 20 normal pushups now, so I'm really out of shape I guess.
I need 2 things: A good website or something with a list of healthy foods to eat. I'm not a huge chicken fan, or steak either, but i like a bunch of fruits and vegetables, etc. I also need a few workout suggestions to do with this equipment- 5, 10, 15, 20 lb dumbells, weight-adjustable dumbells, a workout bench, a treadmill, and an elliptical machine. Also I have an okay bike, not exactly for workouts, but it will work if you suggest it.
So any help towards the diet/ workouts would be much appreciated. Thank you so much.
