Heres the thing...im 13 years old and quite big (not that fat but not skinny) but i would like muscle.1st problem-summers over and im at school2nd problem-i have no idea what to do (what to eat or the exercise)3rd problem-my family struggles for money really bad soo the £100 a day shakes wont be considered with the dietsooo...any advice whatsoever??ty sooo much
